Shipping Policy

Handmade Items

Most handmade items are dispatched within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you require an item urgently, please contact me before placing your order and I will let you know whether I can accommodate your required delivery date.

Print on Demand Items

Print on Demand products are fulfilled by my production partner, Printful. Production and shipping times for these items may differ from those of handmade products and will be displayed where available at checkout or on the product listing. For further information about Printful's fulfilment and shipping processes, please refer to their shipping information and policies.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, or another suitable carrier. The carrier selected may vary depending on the service available at the time of dispatch. Regardless of carrier, I will always choose an appropriate service to match the shipping option selected at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available for your selected shipping service.

Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timescales, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed once an order has been handed to the carrier.
