Refund policy
As many of my items are handmade there may be slight differences from the product photos for lifestyle / repeatable items. Although every effort will be made to make them perfect please remember you're purchasing directly from a one woman business.
Print on Demand Original Design Collection: Supplied via Printful who handle these returns directly. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Returns for One of a Kind items will generally not be accepted as you are purchasing the exact garment photographed! Please check each listing thoroughly before placing your order for details.
We check every item to our high quality standards before sending. If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact jenimaycreate@gmail.com immediately with photos of the condition in which the item was received, and we will be happy to discuss refunds on a case by case basis.
